Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered cosmetic and skincare products. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. You can return your item within 14 business days of delivery . Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
